The Association shall be known as “Jharkhand Engineering Service Association” and its Head office shall be at Ranchi.
The supreme authority of the Association shall vest in the General Body consisting of all members of the Association. The affairs of the Association shall be managed and conducted by the State Executive Committee with the assistance of the zonal councils. The State Executive Committee shall be the Chief Executive Organ of the Association.
The Association shall have two tier organization viz. Zonal level at District or any other suitable unit and State level at State capital, Ranchi. “He” will be read as He/She wherever applicable.
